2024 Sundiro Honda National Skills Service Competition

The 2024 National Skills Service Competition was organized to enhance the professional skills of service technicians, stimulate innovation, foster talent exchange, and boost industry competitiveness.
On October 12, 2024, the After-Sales Service Department of the Domestic Sales and Service Division successfully hosted the finals at the company's headquarters. After a rigorous and intense selection process, 16 elite contestants from the Youth and Regular Groups stood out with their exceptional performance and advanced to the finals.

During the opening ceremony, Service Director Mr. Shinichi Teramae congratulated the finalists and encouraged them to use this opportunity to learn from one another and strive to deliver higher-quality after-sales services to users. Theoretical Examination
The motorcycle theoretical exam serves as a critical benchmark for assessing the professional knowledge and skills of maintenance personnel. Its impact extends beyond evaluation, contributing significantly to ensuring driving safety, improving maintenance efficiency, reducing repair costs, and promoting the standardization of the industry. The exam questions covered topics such as the structural principles of motorcycles, electronic fuel injection systems, and engine operation fundamentals.

During the practical tests, vehicles were set with random faults. Contestants were tasked with diagnosing and resolving the issues of the entire vehicle. They had to complete a series of technical challenges within the allotted period, while referees evaluated their performance and assigned scores throughout the process.
